Coconut, Cranberry and Pumpkin Seed Microwave Oatmeal

- 1 medium banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tsp dried cranberries
- 2 tsp sweetened coconut
In a microwave safe bowl, mix together the banana, oats, milk, cinnamon and vanilla until fully combined.
Microwave for 3 minutes, stiring halfway through.
Add the pumpkin seeds, cranberries and coconut. Mix in and enjoy!
