Ingredients

  • unsweetened shredded coconut (the more the better)

Instructions

  • In a food processor, pulse the unsweetened shredded coconut until smooth. This will take around 10 minutes. There will be a point where the mixture will look like a ball rolling around and that is perfectly normal. Just wait longer until it is of a spreadable consistency.
  • Store in an airtight container.

Notes

  1. You can replace the unsweetened shredded coconut for sweetened coconut if you want a sweet spread.
