Clif Bar Parfait
This Clif Bar parfait is made even more delicious with the addition of Clif Bars! It is perfect as a post workout snack, or whenever you want a sweet healthy treat!

- 1 medium banana, cut into coins and frozen
- 1 Tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 Clif Bar, cut into chunks
In a food processor*, pulse the banana, peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and top with the Clif Bar.
My blender doesn’t do a very good job at blending the banana and peanut butter. People have a lot of success with this Blendtec Total Blender, but if you don’t want to spend a ton of money, I use this food processor.
