Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth.
Meanwhile, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Dip the pretzels in the chocolate and place on the prepared baking sheet. Place in the freezer until chocolate has hardened. Store in an airtight container.
