In a large skillet, melt the butter. Add in the garlic and cook until fragrant.
Mix in the Italian seasoning and flour. Slowly add in the vegetable broth. Allow to simmer, mixing continuouslt until the sauce has thickened. Once the saucec has thickened, mix in the cheese until it has melted.
Meanwhile, bring a large saicepan of water to a boil. Add in the gnocchi and cook until the gnocchi floats to the top.
Add the drained gnocchi to the sauce. Mix in the spinach. Serve immediately.
