Bake the cake according to package instructions. Allow to cool completely.
Using a stand mixer, mix together the cooled cake and the frosting until fully combined. Set aside.
Place the white chocolate chips and the coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth.
Using the back of a spoon, coat a silicone popsicle mold with a layer of the white chocolate mixture. Place in the freezer to harden.
Once hardened, press the cake mixture into the molds. Top with a layer of the white chocolate mixture and return to the freezer.
Once hardened, remove from the silicone molds and drizzle with the remaining white chocolate mixture. Place two candy eyeballs on each cakesicle and return to the freezer or fridge until hardened.
