Brown Sugar Meatloaf
Brown sugar meatloaf recipe made with ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Makes an easy weekday dinner idea.

Ingredients

brown sugar

cup
ketchup

tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce
1.5
lbs
ground beef
½
cup
milk
of choice
1
large
egg
2
cloves
garlic,
minced
1 ½
teaspoon
salt
¼
teaspoon
ground pepper
1
small
onion,
diced
¼
teaspoon
ground ginger
1
cup
seasoned breadcrumbs
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix together the ground beef, milk, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, onion, ginger and breadcrumbs. Pour into a loaf pan and press down.
Spoon the brown sugar mixture on top of the meat, and cover with aluminium foil.
Place in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
