Ingredients

rolled oats

teaspoon
baking powder

teaspoon
chia seeds
¼
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
½
medium
banana
½
cup
oat milk
¼
cup
fresh blueberries

teaspoon
sparkling sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a small blender, add the oats, baking powder, chia seeds, cinnamon, banana and milk. Pulse until smooth.
Mix in half of the blueberries into the batter. Pour the batter into a ramekin. Top with the remaining blueberries. Sprinkle with the sparkling sugar.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Notes
Best served when warm out of the oven.
Switch up the blueberries with whatever fruit you have on hand.
