Ingredients

  • 16 Oreo cookies
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp cake batter flavor
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line muffin pans with paper liners. Place an Oreo in each of the paper liners and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs and mix well. Fold in the cake batter flavor and sprinkles.
  • Spoon the batter onto each cookie and bake for around 15 minutes, or until the centre is almost set.
  • Allow to cool and place in the fridge overnight.
