Baked Oatmeal
Baked Oatmeal is for all of the oatmeal haters out there. It is so easy to make, it is one of my favourite breakfast recipes.

Ingredients

cups
rolled oats
¼
cup
granulated sugar
¼
cup
brown sugar
¾
cup
milk
¼
cup
salted butter,
melted

large
egg
1
teaspoon
baking powder
½
teaspoon
salt
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Pour into an 8×8 baking dish and smooth the surface.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
