In a small bowl, beat together the eggs and milk. Pour the flour in another small plate and set aside.
In a separate small bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley and garlic powder.
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminium foil sprayed with cooking spray. Set aside.
Coat the pork chips first in flour, then in the egg wash, then in the breadcrumb mixture. Place on the baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
