In a medium bowl, mix together the tuna, mayonnaise and lemon juice until fully combined. Add the celery, apple and basil, and mix well. Add the salt and pepper to your liking and enjoy!

Storage: Place the tuna salad in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
Do not freeze! Freezing will cause the mayonnaise to break down and separate. It will also cause the apples and celery to get soggy.
Use crisp apples. This will help add an extra crunch, and prevent the tuna salad from getting mushy.
Break up the tuna evenly into small pieces, to ensure that the dressing coats the tuna evenly.
To prevent the apples from browning, toss them in a little extra lemon juice before mixing into the rest of the tuna salad.
