Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- mini eggs
Instructions
- In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth.
- Add in the shredded coconut and almonds, and mix until they are fully coated with chocolate.
- Line a muffin pan with 10 paper liners. Divide the chocolate mixture evenly into the paper liners. Use the back of a spoon to create the nest.
- Place in the fridge until hardened. Fill each nest with mini eggs.
