- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt (plain or coconut)
- 1 Tbsp coconut chips
Heat the milk in a small saucepan on medium heat. Add in the oats and chia seeds. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
When thickened, pour into a bowl. Top with yogurt and coconut chips.
