St Patrick's Day White Chocolate Saltine Cracker Toffee

This St Patrick's Day White Chocolate Saltine Cracker Toffee recipe is so easy to make and so addictive to eat. The perfect snack or quick dessert for your March celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 40 saltine crackers
  • 1 cup salted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • green sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with with aluminium foil. Line with a single layer of saltine crackers. Set aside.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar. Bring to a boil, and allow to boil for around 3 minutes. Pour over the crackers, and spread over until crackers are completely covered.
  • Place in the preheated oven for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the crackers, then allow to sit for 5-8 minutes. Spread the chocolate over the crackers, then top with the sprinkles.
