Matcha Latte Oatmeal

This Matcha Latte Oatmeal is so easy to make, it makes a great filling breakfast. You can now get your green tea and meal all in one place! Can be made vegan.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1-2 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp cacao nibs

Instructions

  • Heat the milk in a small saucepan. Mix in the oats, matcha and maple syrup. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
  • Pour into a bowl and top with Greek yogurt. Sprinkle with matcha powder and cacao nibs
