Ingredients
2cupsmilk
2cupscoffee cream(18%)
1cupgranulated sugar
1/2tspsalt
1tspvanilla extract
1tsppeppermint extract
1cupchocolate chips
green gel food colouring
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together the milk, cream, sugar, salt, vanilla and peppermint until the sugar is dissolved. Colour with a small amount of the food colouring.
Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer’s instructions. About 5 minutes before the ice cream is done, add in the chocolate chips. When the ice cream is done, pour into a airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours.
