Peppermint Oreo Truffle Cups

Peppermint Oreo Truffle Cups recipe made with only 4 ingredients. These are so easy to make, they are a great dessert or snack idea for Christmas or St. Patrick's Day.

Ingredients

  • 17 peppermint oreos
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 10 oz chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • Line a mini muffin pan with paper liners and set aside.
  • Pulse the oreos in a food processor until they look like fine crumbs, Add in cream and pulse until smooth.
  • Form 24 coins with the oreo mixture. Make sure they can fit in your mini muffin pan/ Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze.
  • Meanwhile, place the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl, and microwave in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth.
  • Divide half of the chocolate into the prepared mini muffin pan. Place the oreo coins on top, then top with the remaining chocolate. Freeze until hardened.
