Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2-3 medium dried figs, chopped

Instructions

  • Heat the coffee and milk in a small saucepan. Add in the oats and maple syrup. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
  • Pour into a bowl, and top with the peanut butter, chia seeds and dried figs.
