Banana Cinnamon Oatmeal

- 1 medium banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
In a small saucepan, mix together the banana, oats, milk and cinnamon. Heat on medium heat until thickened, around 5 minutes. Mix in the vanilla extract.
Pour into a bowl and top with additional slices of bananas and ground cinnamon if desired.
