Avocado and Havarti omelette
This quick avocado and Havarti omelette recipe is so easy to make, you will want to have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1/4 tsp seasoning salt
- 6 slices Havarti cheese
- 1/2 medium avocado, sliced
Heat some oil in a medium saucepan on medium heat.
In a small bowl, beat together the egg, egg yolk and seasoning salt.
Pour the egg mixture into the heated skillet, and cook for around 3 minutes. Flip, and place the cheese on the omelette to melt. Remove from heat, and top with avocado slices.
