Matcha and Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding

This Matcha and Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding is naturally gluten free and can be made vegan. Perfect recipe for breakfast or a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chia seed

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the chia seeds until fully combined. Mix in the chia seeds and refrigerate. Over the course of the next half hour, whisk the pudding every 10 minutes as it begins to thicken. This prevents the chia seeds from clumping. After the half hour is up, keep refrigerated for 3 hours or overnight.
