Ingredients
1 1/2cupsmilk
1tspmatcha powder
1tsppure vanilla extract
1tspmaple syrup
1/4cupchia seed
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the chia seeds until fully combined. Mix in the chia seeds and refrigerate. Over the course of the next half hour, whisk the pudding every 10 minutes as it begins to thicken. This prevents the chia seeds from clumping. After the half hour is up, keep refrigerated for 3 hours or overnight.
