Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients, and refrigerate until it reaches your desired thickness, about 2 hours or even overnight.
