Roasted Asparagus
Super simple Roasted Asparagus that is so quick and easy to make. This is one of my favourite side dish recipes that I make often.

- 1 bunch asparagus, ends cut off
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 425˚F.
Place the asparagus on a baking sheet, and drizzle with the olive oil. Roll the asparagus so that they are evenly coated with a thin layer of oil. Sprinkle on the garlic, salt and pepper, then rub over the asparagus so that they are evenly distributed.
Bake in the preheated oven until they are tender, around 10-12 minutes.
