Microwave Peanut Butter Oatmeal

This Microwave Peanut Butter Oatmeal is such a quick and easy breakfast recipe. Gluten free, refined sugar free and can be made vegan.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 2 Tbsp chunky peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Instructions

  • In a microwave safe bowl, together the oats and milk in a bowl. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes, and let stand in the microwave for 1 minute.
  • Remove the bowl from the microwave and mix in the peanut butter, cinnamon and honey until fully incorporated. Enjoy!
