Brownie Oatmeal

Brownie Oatmeal is a quick and easy breakfast recipe, perfect for busy mornings. It is like dessert that you can eat for breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • chocolate chips (optional, but highly recommended)

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, bring the milk to boil.
  • Once it starts to boil, add the oats, cocoa powder and sugar. Cook uncovered over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Sprinkle some chocolate chips on top.
