- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 2/3 cup strong coffee
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 medium banana, mashed
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tsp sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tsp chocolate chips
Heat the coffee and milk in a small saucepan. Add in the oats. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Add in the mashed banana. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix in the cocoa powder.
Pour into a bowl and top with shredded coconut and chocolate chips.
