Biscoff Mug Cake

This Biscoff Mug Cake is a quick and easy dessert recipe ready in under 5 minutes.  Made in the microwave to satisfy our cake craving immediately.

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 3 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 Tbsp Biscoff spread
  • 3 Tbsp milk
  • 3 Tbsp canola oil

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in an large mug. Whisk well with a fork until smooth. 
  • Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes and then take it out to check to see if it is done. If not, continue to microwave in thirty second intervals.
