Starbucks Pumpkin Bread

This Starbucks pumpkin bread tastes exactly like the one from Starbucks! This bread is so moist and easy to make, it will be my new go-to breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp ground cloves
  • 4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly spray two loaf pans and set aside.
  • Beat together the sugar and oil until fully combined. Mix in the eggs, pumpkin and applesauce until fully incorporated.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, salt and baking powder until fully combined.
  • Slowly mix the dry ingredients in with the wet ingredients until just combined.
  • Split the batter into the prepared loaf pans. Sprinkle 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds on each loaf, and place in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
