Starbucks Pumpkin Bread
This Starbucks pumpkin bread tastes exactly like the one from Starbucks! This bread is so moist and easy to make, it will be my new go-to breakfast!

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 3 large eggs
- 1 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp ground cloves
- 4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2/3 cup pumpkin seeds
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly spray two loaf pans and set aside.
Beat together the sugar and oil until fully combined. Mix in the eggs, pumpkin and applesauce until fully incorporated.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, salt and baking powder until fully combined.
Slowly mix the dry ingredients in with the wet ingredients until just combined.
Split the batter into the prepared loaf pans. Sprinkle 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds on each loaf, and place in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
