Apple Peanut Butter Bars
These healthy apple peanut butter bars are loaded with all the good stuff: oats, peanut butter, apples and raisins. Soft and chewy granola bars.

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 medium apple, shredded
- 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup raisins
Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Lightly grease an 8×8 baking pan and set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until fully combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and place in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the centre is firm and the edges are barely brown. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
