45 minutes dinner rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp dry active yeast
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  • Lightly grease a 9×13 inch pan and set aside.
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, pour in the water, oil, sugar and yeast. Let stand for around 15 minutes, or until frothy.
  • Add in the flour and salt. Mix in with a dough hook until the dough comes together. 
  • Divide the dough into 12 pieces, and place in the prepared pan.
  • Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Cover the rolls with a towel and let them rest for 10 minutes.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until golden.
