Lightly grease a 9×13 inch pan and set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, pour in the water, oil, sugar and yeast. Let stand for around 15 minutes, or until frothy.
Add in the flour and salt. Mix in with a dough hook until the dough comes together.
Divide the dough into 12 pieces, and place in the prepared pan.
Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Cover the rolls with a towel and let them rest for 10 minutes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until golden.
