Turmeric Oatmeal

Turmeric oatmeal sweetened with honey and topped with dried cranberries and coconut. Vegan, gluten free and ready in under 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp coconut strips

Instructions

  • Heat the milk in a small saucepan on medium heat. Stir in the oats, and bring to a boil. Mix in the honey, cinnamon and turmeric. Reduce heat, and allow to simmer until thickened.
  • Pour the oatmeal into a bowl, and top with cranberries and coconut strips.
