Ingredients

Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 medium banana, cut into coins and frozen
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen cherries, pitted
  • 1 cup milk of choice

Topping

  • granola
  • banana slices
  • shredded coconut
  • chia seeds

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into bowls, and top with your favourite toppings.
