Brie and Apple Pie
Super simple brie and apple pie made with an easy homemade pie crust. The perfect last minute dessert idea.

- 1 pie crust (homemade or storebought)
Filling
- 125g brie
- 6 large apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Butter Crumble
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Spread the brie on the bottom of the pie crust. (I left the rind on). Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the filling ingredients until fully combined. Spread the apple mixture evenly over your pie crust.
In a medium bowl, mix together the butter crumble ingredients until the mixture looks like medium to small crumbs. Sprinkle over the apples.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
