- 1 cup grape juice (either red or white)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp stevia
- 3 Tbsp gelatin
In a small saucepan, bring the juice to a boil. Remove from heat and add the lemon juice and stevia.
Gradually whisk in the gelatin until fully combined.
Fill gummy bear molds with the mixture, and transfer to the fridge to harden, around 2 hours.
Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge.
