Ingredients

  • 1 cup grape juice (either red or white)
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp stevia
  • 3 Tbsp gelatin

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, bring the juice to a boil. Remove from heat and add the lemon juice and stevia. 
  • Gradually whisk in the gelatin until fully combined.
  • Fill gummy bear molds with the mixture, and transfer to the fridge to harden, around 2 hours.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge.

Notes

  1. You can switch out the juice for your favourite juice.
