Mango Coconut Kefir Oatmeal

Kefir breakfast bowl! Oatmeal made with mango coconut kefir topped with coconut, goji berries and granola. 5 ingredients and ready in under 15 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango coconut kefir
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 2 tsp goji berries
  • 2 tsp coconut flakes
  • 2 tsp granola

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, heat the kefir on medium heat. Add in the oats, and mix until bubbling. Reduce heat and allow to thicken, around 3-5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and pour into a bowl. Top with the goji berries, coconut flakes and granola.

Notes

Can top with anything really. Some might think I am weird for putting granola on top of oatmeal, but it is so good!
