Nutella Banana Crepes

Ingredients

Crepes

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Fillings and Toppings

  • Nutella
  • sliced banans

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together all of the crepe ingredients until fully combined.
  • Spray a large skillet with cooking spray. When the skillet is hot, scoop 1/3 cup of batter onto the pan, and roll the pan around until the batter has coated the pan. Flip the crepe after 2 minutes and cook until the other side is light brown. Remove and repeat with the other crepes.
  • Spread the Nutella over each crepe. Arrange the sliced bananas in the middle third of the crepe. Fold the ends over top. Top with additional banana slices and Nutella.
