Easter Bark

Ingredients

  • 12 oz chocolate chips
  • 8 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil, divided
  • 1/3 cup pretzels
  • 3/4 cup mini eggs

Instructions

  • In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the chocolate chips and 1 Tbsp coconut oil in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth.
  • Spread 3/4 of the melted chocolate over the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a small microwave safe bowl, microwave the white chocolate chips and 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth.
  • Dollop the melted white chocolate over the melted chocolate. Dollop the remainder of the semi-sweet chocolate on top.
  • Sprinkle the pretzels and mini eggs on top of the chocolate. Place in the fridge to harden.
  • Once the chocolate is hardened, cut the bark into pieces.
