Mini Oreo Cheesecake

 Easy Mini Oreo Cheesecake recipe. This personal sized cheesecake makes the perfect dessert and uses only 4 ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 16 Oreos
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Line muffin pans with paper liners.
  • Place an Oreo in each of the paper liners.
  • Cream together the cream cheese and the sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and mix well.
  • Spoon the batter onto each cookie, and bake for around 15 minutes, or until the center is almost set
  • Allow to cool and, then store in an airtight container in the fridge.
