- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup salted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked, frozen pie crust
Preheat the oven to 375˚F.
In a medium bowl, mix together the sugars and butter until fully combined. Mix in the eggs one at a time.
Mix in the flour, milk and vanilla. Fold in the pecans until fully covered with the mixture.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust and bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes. Allow to cool completely before cutting into slices.
