Triple Chocolate Pecan Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups salted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder and baking soda.
  • In a serarate bowl, cream together the butter and sugars. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Mix in the vanilla.
  • Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until fully incorporated.
  • Fold in the white chocolate chips, chocolate chips and pecans.
  • Cover and refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop the batter onto the baking sheets and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool for around 5 minutes on baking sheets before transfering to wire racks to cool completely.
