- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups smooth peanut butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup Halloween M&Ms
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the sugars and butter until light and fluffy.
Mix in the eggs one at a time until fully combined. Add in the peanut butter and vanilla, and mix until fully incorporated.
Add in the oats and baking soda. Mix until fully combined.
Fold in the M&Ms and the chocolate chips.
Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop the cookie dough onto the prepared cookie sheets and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
Allow to cool on the cookie sheets for around 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
