No Bake Coconut Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until combined.
  • Press into a loaf pan and refrigerate for around 1 hour. Cut into bars and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
