- 5 1/2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/8 tsp baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 3 Tbsp milk
- 3 Tbsp avocado oil
- 10 blueberries
- sparkling sugar
Combine all of the ingredients except for the blueberries and sparkling sugar into a microwave safe mug until mixture is smooth.
Carefully fold in the blueberries. Sprinkle top with sparkling sugar.
Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes and see if it’s done. If not, microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
