- 12 oz pasta of choice
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 1 (4 oz) jar Foraged and Found Sea Asparagus Pesto
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 filets leftover salmon
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, mix together the chicken broth and pesto over medium heat. Add in the cream and lemon juice and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper. Crumble the salmon and cook for around 1 minute. Reduce heat and cook until sauce has thickened, around 5 minutes.
Add in the cooked pasta and mix until fully coated with the sauce. Serve immediately.
