Easy 2 Ingredient Cookie Butter Fudge that can be made with biscoff spread, or whatever your favourite cookie butter may be. Prepared in under 5 minutes, this makes a delicious quick and easy dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cookie butter (like biscoff)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

Instructions

  • Line a mini muffin pan with 20 paper liners. Set aside.
  • Place all of the ingredients in a microwave safe medium bowl. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds and mix until smooth. If not fully melted, repeat the process until a smooth consistency forms.
  • Divide evenly in the paper liners, and transfer to the freezer until hardened. Place in an airtight container, and store in the fridge or freezer.

Total time does not include time in the freezer.
