Air Fryer Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes, cut into thin wedges
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp herbs de provence
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400˚F.
  • Mix together all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Place the potato wedges on a single layer in your air fryer. You may need to do a couple of batches.
  • Air fry for 10 minutes. Remove and repeat for the remaining wedges.

Notes

  1. You can also flip the potato wedges halfway through cooking. Personally, I like the different textures on both sides, but do what you prefer.
  2. Best enjoyed immediately.
