Cherry Blended Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1-2 Tbsp cherry sauce
  • 2 medium cherries, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • In a small blender, add in the oats, baking powder, chia seeds, banana and milk. Pulse until smooth.
  • Pour most of the batter into a ramekin, reserving around 2-3 Tbsp of the batter. Scoop the cherry sauce into the centre of the ramekin, then top with the reserved batter. Top with the chopped cherries.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Notes

  1. Switch out the cherry and cherry sauce for other fruits.
  2. This is best served when warm out of the oven.
