- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp stevia
- 2-3 drops mint extract
- 1-2 Tbsp chocolate chips
Heat the milk and water in a small saucepan over medium heat until the milk begins to simmer.
Add in the oats and bring to a boil. Mix in the chia seeds, cocoa powder and stevia. Reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring continuously until thickened.
Remove from heat and mix in the mint extract. Pour into a bowl and top with chocolate chips.
